What were your frustrations or problems (if any) in managing online enquiries before you joined AutoConvert?
No ability for a customer to respond to e-mails & texts direct back to the system.
What made you choose AutoConvert over other systems?
Alex bullied me into it - lol - Did what I needed it to with relatively small or no increase in costs – Plus much more user friendly i.e. info on one screen etc etc.
Can you explain life before and after using AutoConvert?
Issue getting any IT work or changes implemented, post – ask if makes sense to do, AutoConvert will do swiftly, efficiently & FOC.
What surprised you the most or made you the happiest about AutoConvert and the service we offer?
How easy it is to use & the time it saves both in underwriting & chasing.
