What do you like most about AutoConvert and what results have you seen so far?

Personally, my favourite part is the automation however I am also keenly fond of the ease of using the CRM, the UI and probably most importantly, it doesn’t fail. There has not been one day so far where the system has been down.

What were your frustrations or problems (if any) in managing online enquiries before you joined AutoConvert?

Manual processing. Ultimately loss of time, opportunity cost. We were losing time manually entering applications and storing data. Apps could be missed or not worked quick enough. Business lost.

What made you choose AutoConvert over other systems?

The first thing that attracted me to AutoConvert was the UI. It was clean, modern and was ready for the business of today. We checked alternative CRMS but they were badly outdated and under developed.

Can you explain life before and after using AutoConvert?

Before it was manual processing and we were victims of opportunity cost and ultimately earning less. After; we have been able to have greater control over time which has enabled us to build the business in areas where we would of heavily struggled without the AutoConvert CRM.

What surprised you the most or made you the happiest about AutoConvert and the service we offer?

Coming from an internet background where I had multiple developers working for myself I was already aware of the challenges faced not only building your own CRM but managing the developers to all code from the same page without failure. So far, the system has performed aswell as it can be expected and the aftersales service has been especially pleasing, any questions asked we had answers same day and any new lender integrations where done promptly.
